Members @ Large are members of the Community Center who consult and offer input on matters affect "The Recovery Spot." They are not voting members of the board. They will comprise of members of the recovery community who the Board will seek outside input for how the Community Center shall run. Members @ Large shall not consist of more than 15 Members.
