Over the span of three decades, my unwavering dedication to the realm of Customer Service and Sales has been the driving force behind my remarkable journey. With over 15 years of dedicated Team Management and Store Management experience, I have not only honed my skills but have also become a catalyst for growth, fostering dynamic environments that inspire both employees and customers.

A defining hallmark of my leadership is the development of comprehensive customer and team-focused action plans. These plans serve as blueprints for inclusivity, engagement, and empowerment, enabling employees to actively contribute to the solutions process. My commitment to nurturing an employee-centric culture, coupled with an emphasis on fostering an entrepreneurial spirit, has yielded exceptional results. Through this approach, I have significantly contributed to enhancing employee retention rates and fostering unwavering customer loyalty.

One of my proudest achievements is the successful creation of teams from the ground up. I have witnessed the growth and advancement of numerous team members, each of whom I have had the privilege to mentor and guide. This process of internal development not only underscores my commitment to cultivating talent but also speaks to my ability to recognize and nurture potential within the team.

As a District Merchandise Manager for Banana Republic, I held a pivotal role in store openings visual presentation and marketing, which demanded meticulous planning and execution. My role served to create standardized placement, presentation, and growth factors for new store openings.  My ability to investigate and determine through Guest Satisfaction Surveys on how men shopped, gave me an insight to convince management to trust the survey.  One such survey showed 87% of men bought their clothing based on mannequins and outfit pairings on tables and hangout.  The task was to change the presentation of the men's clothing and track the success of the movement.  Immediate results showed a increase in UPT from a .9 to 1.7 consistently.  Conversion was also up from 14% to 18%.  The guest surveys continued to provide significant and targeted information that allowed me to compile the information and create a store visual merchandising plan that led to solid and significant results. The ability to orchestrate seamless new store launches requires a unique blend of strategic vision, organizational finesse, and team coordination – qualities that I have consistently demonstrated throughout my career.

Reflecting on my journey, I am filled with a sense of purpose and a fervent desire to continue pushing boundaries. Each interaction, each solution, and each success story have propelled me to strive for more. I am resolute in my commitment to elevating teams, fostering growth, and exceeding expectations.
